Are you looking for residential homes, acreage, horse properties, or bare land? I’m your goto real estate professional.
I am committed to providing exceptional customer service with honesty, integrity, and
enthusiasm. My clients are always my top priority.
As a lifelong resident of Spokane for over 60 years, I was raised here and have raised my
own family in this community. I have an in-depth understanding of the Spokane real estate
market and the surrounding areas, allowing me to guide clients with confidence and local
expertise.
With an agricultural background and continued involvement in that lifestyle, I bring
valuable knowledge of rural and agricultural properties—something that sets me apart
when working with buyers and sellers in these unique markets.
When I’m not serving my clients, I stay actively involved in our community. I have dedicated
over 35 years to the Washington State 4-H Youth Development Program in Spokane County
as a club leader, along with serving on county and state committees. Supporting youth
development is something I am deeply passionate about, as today’s youth are tomorrow’s
leaders.
I am also actively involved with several organizations, including:
Spokane REALTORS® (Past President, Board of Directors, Committee Chair)
Spokane-Eastern Washington Women’s Council of REALTORS® (Past President)
Washington State REALTORS® (Board of Directors)
Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery – Santa Express (Past Board of Directors)
Junior Livestock Show of Spokane (Past Board of Director and Trustee)
Clayton Community Jr. Livestock Sale and Fair Board of Director, Jr Livestock Auction Chair
These connections keep me engaged with both youth and adult livestock producers
throughout the Inland Northwest and strengthen my ties to the community I serve.
Whether you are buying, selling, or relocating in the Spokane area, I would be honored to
assist you and ensure your real estate experience is smooth, successful, and enjoyable.
